IN NO EVENT SHALL GUZLI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guzli, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you upload or transmit through the Service

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a retention period.
